Jacqueline Sinke: President and Owner of Fitness & Function LLC.

1Jacqueline has been a certified health & fitness professional over 23 years with exercise program development and training individuals across the age span from children and teens to adults and older adults with various levels of function and fitness. Fitness & Function has been in business since 2005 providing high quality in-home exercise training, wellness seminars, and other wellness services. 


Desiree, PFT, CMES

3Desiree is an authorized contractor and provides personal training and instructs a variety of fitness classes for individuals 1throughout the age span. She has extensive experience working with older adults and individuals with chronic medical conditions and illness.


Carlos, PFT

Carlos is a Certified ACSM Personal Trainer and his focus is on therapeutic fitness training with mature and older adults. Carlos is also a Certified Aquatic Exercise Instructor and Lifeguard and he has been accepted in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at George Fox University for fall 2017. His passion is helping individuals improve health, function, fitness and performance through functional exercise and an active lifestyle. 



Bayla, PT

baylaBayla is an authorized contractor and graduated from Washington University’s medical school -program in Physical Therapy, St. Louis, Missouri in 1984 and also has a BS degree in Psychology from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan.

Bayla is the first physical therapist in Oregon to achieve certification in all three of the CDC’s Senior Fall Reduction Programs: Tai Chi Movement for Better Balance, Stepping On, and Otago.


Lisa, PT

Lisa graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1995 with a degree in Physical Therapy and is an authorized contractor.  Lisa’s work as a physical therapist has spanned over 20 years and has included a variety of work environments ranging from inpatient hospital settings, home health settings, orthopedic outpatient clinics, work conditioning and hardening clinics, and industrial settings. 


Kristin RN, CDE

2Kristen is an authorized contractor and as a Certified Diabetes Educator has been teaching diabetes and pre-diabetes self-management skills since 1994. Her clientele has ranged from 18 to 93 years of age, in numerous outpatient clinics and in-hospital settings. She works one-on-one with people as well as in groups who have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or who desire counseling in how to prevent either. This includes lifestyle adjustment involving nutrition, exercise, and medical management.
