My father, at the age of 94, began working with> Bayla in 2014. Because his appointment with her was on Monday’s, the same day I came to clean his apartment, I would often pop in to their sessions to understand what they were working on. My dad had a desk job all of his life, in fact, he just stopped working at the age of 89. He NEVER exercised, like to go for walks, or did any type of sports. Wow, was I ever impressed with how she could motivate him to move his body and follow up with exercises she taught him, between their visits. She was kind, gentle, thorough, encouraging, and educational. I could not have asked for a greater person to help him over a ruff patch to better health. During that time he ate better, drank more water, and was generally in a better mood. That’s what a great health professional can do, and that’s what Bayla did for him. I am proud to give her my personal recommendation. Anyone should be lucky to have her as a member of their health care team.
