Your in-home exercise space:
Exercise in the comfort of your living room or designated home exercise room. We bring equipment to get you started, such as dumbbells, balance ball, medicine balls, ankle weights, resistive bands and tubing, foam roller. We can also assist you developing your personal exercise space. We are not affiliated with any fitness equipment company and thus recommend exercise equipment that that is most appropriate and within your budget.
