We can help; after completing a Health and Body Weight Analysis, Health & Medical Questionnaire and determine your short and long-term goals, we develop your healthy lifestyle plan. This includes exercise recommendations, exercise programs and nutrition information. Independent consultations are available no matter if train with our personal trainers or at your preferred club.
Your in-home exercise space:
Exercise in the comfort of your living room or designated home exercise room. Our personal trainers can bring equipment to get you started, such as dumbbells, balance ball, medicine balls, ankle weights, resistive bands and tubing, foam roller and body therapy ball. We can also assist you developing your personal exercise space. We are not affiliated with any fitness equipment company and thus recommend exercise equipment that that is most appropriate and within your budget.
